Do you provide transportation from all hotels in Punta Cana?
We offer transportation for three zones in Punta Cana: Zone 1 – Central Bávaro and Cabeza de Toro, Zone 2 – Uvero Alto and Macao, Zone 3 – Cap Cana/Punta Cana Resort. Use our hotel search tool to find your hotel.
How do I book transportation for Zones 2 and 3?
To book transportation for Zones 2 and 3, contact us at reservas@partyatthecave.com. If your hotel is not listed, email us for tailored transportation options.
What time will you pick me up and drop me off?
You will receive an email the day before the event with your hotel pick-up time. Drop-off is at 2 AM when the nightclub closes.
If I want to return to the hotel before 2 AM, is transportation available?
We offer additional transportation for guests who want to return to the hotel earlier in the night.
What is the process if I bought the ticket online?
You only need to show your confirmation email and enjoy The Cave. Additionally, you will have priority access and guaranteed entry even with restricted capacity.
What days are you open?
We are open every Saturday night, but we also open on some Fridays and random days. Check our website calendar for upcoming dates and events.
Is there an option for those who don't want to drink alcohol?
All options include house drinks, but we have non-alcoholic options in our Open Bar for those who prefer not to drink alcohol.
What is the open bar?
The open bar entry allows you to enjoy unlimited drinks for four hours.
What is the difference between regular and premium open bar?
With the regular open bar, you can enjoy drinks from national brands, while the premium open bar includes top international brands.
What can I do if I haven't received the confirmation email?

Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is smart casual. For themed parties, we will provide an adapted dress code to enhance the experience.
Is there a limited capacity?
Yes, we suggest purchasing tickets in advance on our website.
Does the VIP table/booth reservation include access?
Yes, a table allows access for up to 6 people.
What are the operating hours/Until what time are drinks served?
Until 2 AM.
What type of music is played at Imagine?
We have several DJs playing OPEN FORMAT (commercial house, Latin music, etc.) and a dedicated HIP-HOP room. Occasionally, we host guest artists performing their signature music.
How can I get to Imagine Punta Cana?
If you are staying at a hotel, you can book through our website and select your hotel. For +$12 USD, we will pick you up and drop you back at the hotel. The day before the party, you will receive an email with pick-up instructions and schedule. If you prefer to drive, we offer secure private parking at no extra cost.

What is the capacity of the rooms?
Our rooms have varying capacities, from 250 people in the Fire Room to approximately 3,500 people in the Universe Room. Check out our venue rooms on this link.

Can I reserve a room for private parties?
Yes, Imagine hosts private parties, and you can book one of our rooms for your celebration in an unforgettable location.
Can we host birthdays, banquets, and dinners?
All our rooms are available for private reservations and can be equipped for banquets and dinners.
Do you have promotions for birthdays/weddings?
Yes. For groups of at least 8 people purchasing Open Bar or Premium, the bride/groom or birthday person gets free entry. For VIP table groups, we offer a complimentary bottle of Cava or sparkling wine upon booking. Show your ID or wedding certificate along with your reservation at the entrance to redeem the promotion.
